Shipping policy

Items are made to order with a current turnaround time of 7-10 business days beginning the next business day after the order was placed. Once the items have shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

We will ship your package within 48 hours with the exception of holidays and weekends.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, any questions regarding your shipped package needs to be directed to your local post office or USPS. We hold no responsibility over lost packages once the carrier receives the package. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

If a package is returned to sender, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping label. 

We do not file claims for customers or contact your local post office on your behalf.
